Make appropriate adjustments according to the actual situation.For thin-walled simple profiles, the amount can be appropriately reduced, such as below 0.8%.Thick-walled or complex-shaped profiles need to be added more.In high-filler systems, the number of internal release agents should be increased, but too many internal release agents will delay curing.In the pultrusion production, if the resistance is too large and the cause cannot be found, the amount of release agent should be appropriately increased. Pay attention to the feeding sequence during use. Before adding the curing agent, filler, and other resin additives, the internal release agent should be added to the resin system and mixed evenly. In this way, the best demoulding effect can be achieved.
